Cancellation / Late Policy

Atama spa provides a private and intimate environment, dedicated to serving one individual at a time by appointment only. Our policy is implemented to maintain mutual respect between our head spa professionals and our valued clients. Therefore, we strictly enforce punctuality and last-minute cancellations are strongly discouraged.

•To receive a full refund cancellations need to be made within 5 days before the scheduled appointment.

 •To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required and will be credited towards your chosen service.

• Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the day of will result in the loss of the deposit.

• One rescheduled appointment is permitted with the same deposit. Second rescheduled appointment will require another deposit.

• 10 minute grace period; however any delays beyond this timeframe will need to be rescheduled or result in forfeiture of the deposit.
